•        Property details checked against submitted documentation

•        Pricing checked for market legitimacy

•        Location and description accuracy confirmed

Captain Property takes data privacy seriously. Your personal and financial information is protected in accordance with Uganda's data protection regulations and international best practices.

•        Your contact details are never publicly displayed without your consent

•        Inquiries are managed through our platform to protect both parties

•        We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

•        Secure, encrypted communication channels for all platform interactions

•        Never transfer money outside of agreed and documented terms

•        Request physical viewing of any property before paying a deposit

•        Verify ownership documents before completing any purchase or rental agreement

•        Report suspicious listings or behaviour to our team immediately

If you encounter a listing, agent, or interaction on Captain Property that raises concerns — report it to us immediately. We take every report seriously and investigate promptly. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of the platform for everyone who uses it.

Captain Property has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, misrepresentation, and dishonest practice. Any agent, property owner, or user found to be engaging in fraudulent activity will be immediately removed from the platform and reported to the relevant authorities.
