Field Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Manager to join the Captain Property team in Kampala, Uganda. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting physical property verifications, onboarding and supporting verified agents in the field, ensuring all listings meet our trust and authenticity standards, and building strong relationships with property owners, landlords and developers across the city. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in real estate or field operations, strong knowledge of Kampala’s property market, excellent communication skills, and a valid driving permit.
